SIZE: A5 148mm x 210mmThe Panchatantra is an ancient Indian collection of animal fables that teach moral values, traditionally introduced in school textbooks and through oral storytelling. One story I remember vividly is The Fox and the Grapes, which my mother read to me as a child to teach life lessons.
This project reimagines the fable with a contemporary twist. In the updated ending, Charlie, the fox, who never tasted the grapes, is shown sipping wine made from them. With playful character details and modern styling, the story critiques the act of pretending to possess what one could not attain.
